Commonly used active printing techniques

The active printing process, what are the active printing processes? In practice, we continuously observe, so let's understand the commonly used ones below.Active printing technology.
Active printing technologyThe introduction is as follows.
1. Active printing is one of the technical methods of textile printing. Unlike coatings and dyes, fibers do not have direct contact. They cannot bond with fibers. They are insoluble colored powders, mostly organic compounds, but there are also inorganic materials. The principle of 'coloring' the fibers is to generate a strong film that helps the synthetic resin adhere to the fibers and surfaces, allowing printing on various fiber fabrics.
2. Engraving refers to printing on fabric that has been dyed to a removable color; in other words, black fabric can be coated with white. If it is direct printing, the back of the fabric is not beautiful. The back of the engraved fabric has a certain color.
3. As the name suggests, our printing dyes are processed using active dyeing. The design elements of active printing are quite diverse: combining plant flowers, geometric shapes, English letters, and different color blocks organically, showcasing different design styles through design techniques. This type of fabric has a wide range of applicable groups and a long usage time. The printed fabric has bright colors, good color fastness, a soft hand feel, does not fade after washing, and seems very new even after long-term use. It contains reactive groups that react with fiber molecules. During the dyeing and printing process, the reactive groups of the dye combine with the fiber molecules, making the dye and fiber one. The fabric has excellent dust resistance, high cleanliness, and does not fade after long washing. Active dyeing (which penetrates active dyes into the fabric to form printed coatings) covers the coating on the fabric, and comparing the formed dyeing with the coating shows significant differences. Generally, active dyeing is environmentally friendly and harmless to humans, with good colors and textures that do not feel hard or soft.
4. There is a special effect printing technology with foaming dyeing. After printing resin coatings containing foaming agents on the fabric, high-temperature steam is used to steam, causing the printed patterns to bubble and present an embossed effect.
5. The color and pattern penetration of general printed fabrics mainly focus on the following aspects, with no requirements for the back of the fabric. However, with the requirements of clothing and scarves, the colors on both sides of the printed fabric are basically consistent. Cotton printed fabrics have double-sided printing. By adding a penetrant to the silk printing paste and lowering the temperature of the printing plate, the printing paste on the surface of the fabric penetrates to the back, achieving a basic consistency in color on both sides. This dyeing method is called penetration dyeing.
6. The rotten flower uses polyester as the core, wrapped or blended with fibers such as cotton, acetate, viscose, and linen to form fabric. Based on the different acid stability properties of these fibers, the acid-resistant fibers such as cotton, acetate, viscose, and linen are corroded with carbonized acid paste, leaving the acid-resistant polyester fibers, forming a translucent pattern. This technical method is called rotten flower printing. When printing with acid paste, white coatings can be printed as the border of the rotten flower part, or acid-resistant disperse dyes can be added to the acid paste to color the polyester in the pattern part; alternatively, printing coatings can be used for anti-printing, and then printing acid paste to create an anti-printing effect, or dyeing the fabric before rotten flower printing, and then rotten flower printing, etc.; enriching the finished flower shape.
