The printed fabric manufacturer states that during the manufacturing process, pigments are first printed onto paper using printing methods to create transfer printing paper. Then, through high temperature (heating and pressing on the back of the paper), the colors are transferred to the fabric. It is usually used for chemical fiber fabrics. The colors are bright, the layers are delicate, the patterns are realistic, and the artistic quality is strong. However, this process is only suitable for a few synthetic fibers, such as polyester. The transfer printing process is simple, requires low investment, and is flexible in production, making it quite popular in the market, although it is somewhat more expensive compared to other printing types, it has a certain level of quality. Additionally, it mainly uses chemicals that can cause local expansion or contraction of fibers on the fabric through printing methods. With proper treatment, the products made by the printed fabric manufacturer can create differences in expansion or contraction between printed and non-printed fibers, resulting in products with irregular patterns on the surface. For example, pure cotton printed bubble gauze uses caustic soda as an expanding agent, also known as relief printing. Furthermore, there are dozens of colors in terms of color matching, color transitions, and light-dark contrasts. The colorful printed fabric is said to have "seven reds, eight greens, and twelve blues," reflecting the diversity and complexity of color matching.
The printed fabric manufacturer indicates that when cleaning printed fabrics, one should wet a corner of the fabric and then wipe it several times with a white cloth. If the white cloth gets stained, the color will fade. It is also recommended to wash correctly, avoiding soaking, and rinsing separately with cold water, then packing and air-drying. If there is staining, rinse thoroughly again immediately. If possible, dry cleaning is an option. Therefore, if food oil accidentally gets on the fabric, it should be washed with detergent as soon as possible; for industrial oil stains, use rosin or gasoline to wipe, then rinse with detergent and water (do not use hot water). Of course, most fabric clothes should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as ultraviolet rays are the main culprit for fading, so now it is necessary to dry them in reverse and try to avoid drying in shady and ventilated places. In summary, normal use and maintenance are essential; pure cotton will show fading after washing, which is normal. The printed fabric manufacturer states that hand washing is required, and there is a certain smell that can only be dried in the sun, and once dried, it will have a normal smell. Many fabrics fade due to machine washing or the use of detergents.
