They are breathable and soft to the touch, but traditional reactive printing also has issues with complicated printing processes and high difficulty in processing!

  Using digital direct spray technology, there is no need for plate making; patterns from the computer can be directly sprayed onto the fabric, achieving an immediate printing effect. The operation is simple, completely breaking through the color limitations of traditional screen printing. Digital printing can print 16.7 million colors on the color spectrum, offering rich colors, good ventilation in printed areas, convenient wearing, and after testing, the wash fastness reaches level 4, and repeated rubbing will not cause fading. The use of water-soluble consumables contains no harmful chemical components to the human body, and environmental protection meets the cost control requirements of enterprises, complies with national requirements for environmentally friendly clothing, and meets the environmental standards of importing countries. From the industry trend perspective, China's textile manufacturing industry must break through traditional models. In the past, the manufacturing industry relied on low costs and cheap labor as its main advantages. R&D must shift from production efficiency to brand effectiveness, transforming into a new type of high value-added manufacturing industry, striving to make products highly differentiated, pursuing high added value, and this marketing must enable small batch, diverse, personalized, fast delivery, high quality, short fashion cycles of fabric patterns and clothing styles. This is the advantage of digital inkjet active printing.

  Heat transfer refers to a printing method that transfers images and text from an intermediate carrier film to the receiving item under corresponding pressure. After printing, it is not breathable and not environmentally friendly! It is fundamentally different from the process of reactive printing; heat transfer does not belong to the category of reactive printing!

    Reactive dyes refer to dyes that contain one or more reactive groups in their molecules, which chemically react with hydroxyl groups in cellulose fibers, amino groups in protein fibers, and polyamide fibers to form covalent bonds. The main varieties include X-type, K-type, KN-type, M-type, etc.

      The order of activity size is x, M, (KN), k, with opposite stability; the higher the reactivity of the dye, the less stable it is, making it prone to hydrolysis, and the stability of the pigment produced is poorer, leading to easy 'single bond' splitting between the dye matrix and fibers during storage.

      Advantages: Many varieties, complete color spectrum, bright colors; easy to blend colors; relatively simple process; good wet fastness, suitable for printing medium and light-colored fabrics (some new types of reactive dyes can also be used for dark printed fabrics).

      Disadvantages: Most are not durable, and some dyes have poor climate and smoke fastness; the utilization rate of some varieties is low, and the color fixing rate is low; some reactive dyes have high directness (affinity), which can easily cause color staining during washing, especially when printing deep colors.
