Reactive printingAs the name suggests, our printing dyes are processed using reactive dyeing. The design elements of reactive printing are diverse. Plant flowers, images, English letters, and color blocks are organically combined to express various design styles through design techniques. This fabric is suitable for a wide range of groups and has a long usability period. The colors of reactive printed fabrics are bright, colorfast, soft to the touch, and do not fade frequently, allowing for long-term use.
Basic introduction to reactive printing: Reactive dyeing is also known as reactive dyes. It contains reactive groups that can react with fiber molecules. During the dyeing and printing process, the reactive groups of the reactive dye combine with the fiber molecules, forming a whole with the dye and fiber. The fabric has excellent dust resistance, high cleanliness, and does not fade even after prolonged washing.
Reactive printing: Printing formed by the penetration of reactive dyes into the fabric
Paint printing: Printing made by covering the fabric with paint
There is a significant difference between the two comparisons.
General reactive dyeing is environmentally friendly and harmless to humans, with good color and fabric feel, without a hard or soft sensation.
What are the technical points of reactive printing?
Dye selection: Reactivity: moderate; directness: below moderate, etc. Additionally, the high chroma issue of the dye itself should be considered. If the color gamut is too low, a large amount of dye is required, which is not conducive to subsequent washing. Generally, domestic M-type and foreign P-type should be selected based on specific colors.
Evaporation requirements: 102 degrees under saturated steam for 8 minutes is sufficient. Depending on customer quality requirements, using baking methods does not seem to be the best choice.
After the washing process: The post-wash should at least involve cold washing in the first three tanks, with strong rinsing to ensure cleanliness. If the number of tanks is small, the cold washing time can be extended by adding ventilation frames to ensure sufficient expansion time to meet the paste, speeding up the elimination of unnecessary dyes. Non-alkaline additives must be used when washing soap, with the best choice being chelating dispersants (such as Degao Sheng sn-s). Additionally, appropriately using high-color compound dough instead of seaweed to reduce dye usage and lighten the washing burden is also a very effective method.
The difference between reactive dyeing and coating dyeing lies in the soft feel of reactive dyeing; generally speaking, the fabric of reactive dyeing looks like mercerized cotton, and the dyeing effect is good from both sides; while the fabric of coating dyeing feels stiff and looks somewhat like an ink painting effect.
