The screen printing plate can also print sublimation heat transfer inks on printing paper, and the resolution after printing is lower than that of gravure and offset printing machines, with lower plate-making costs and faster plate-making speeds. It is suitable for small batches and rough line patterns of synthetic fiber heat transfer printing, as well as small batch fragment heat transfer printing or products with simple process requirements that can reflect the advantages of short reviews.
4. DigitalHeat transfer printing. It can print relatively fine patterns, and the four-color conversion printing effect of animal patterns is particularly good, much better than that of gravure and offset heat transfer printing. However, the cost of printing ink is higher than the above three methods. The advantage is that it does not require plate-making, so there are no plate fees. Recommendation: If the order quantity is not large and there are many colors, please choose printing methods such as custom clothing heat transfer printing or custom sweater heat transfer printing.
Therefore, research on technology that can transfer printing multiple times, controlling the release of dye from thermal paper, quantitatively transferring dye, and multiple transfer printing may become a topic for many research institutions. Multiple sending printing can effectively utilize the relatively expensive heat transfer paper, thereby greatly reducing transcription costs.
