Reactive printing refers to the processing method of reactive dyeing of printing dyes.
Shenlong Dyeing
Compared to direct dyeing methods, no azo and formaldehyde are added during the dyeing process, and it does not contain harmful substances to the human body, with colors that do not fade during washing. The difference between reactive dyeing and coating dyeing is that reactive dyeing has a soft hand feel. Generally, reactive dyed fabrics look like mercerized cotton, with good dyeing effects on both sides. This fabric is suitable for various groups and is durable. Reactive printed fabrics are bright in color, have good color fastness, a soft hand feel, and are not easy to fade, making them suitable for long-term use.
Reactive dyeing is also known as reactive dyes. It contains reactive groups that can react with fiber molecules.
During the dyeing process, the reactive groups of the reactive dye combine with the fiber molecules, forming a whole with the dye and the fiber.
This fabric has excellent dust resistance and high cleanliness. It does not fade after prolonged washing. Reactive printing: printing formed by the penetration of reactive dyes into the fabric. Coating printing: printing formed by covering the fabric with coatings.

Generally, reactive dyeing can ensure environmental protection and is harmless to humans, with good color and fabric hand feel, without a hard or soft sensation.
What are the technical key points of reactive printing?
1. Selection of dyes: Reactivity: around medium; Directness: medium-low. In addition, the dye's fixation rate: if the fixation rate is too low and the dye amount is too large, it is not conducive to post-washing. Generally, domestic M-type and foreign P-type should be selected based on specific colors.
2. Steam requirement 3360
Saturated steam at 102 degrees for 8 minutes is sufficient. Depending on the customer's quality requirements, baking does not seem to be the best choice.
3. Post-cleaning process:
After rinsing, at least the first three water tanks should undergo cold washing, and the ground should be strongly rinsed and emptied. If the number of water tanks is small, the cold washing time can be extended by increasing the ventilation frame to ensure sufficient expansion time, meeting the needs of the paste, and accelerating the elimination of unnecessary dyes. Non-alkaline additives must be used during soap washing. Additionally, using high-quality composite dough instead of seaweed to reduce dye usage and lighten the cleaning burden is also a very effective method.
