Reactive printingAs the name suggests, our printing dyes are processed through reactive dyeing. The design elements of reactive printing are diverse: they organically combine plants, flowers, geometric shapes, English letters, and different color blocks, showcasing various design styles through design techniques. This fabric is suitable for a wide range of people and has a long usage time. Reactive printed fabrics are bright in color, have good color fastness, a soft hand feel, can be washed frequently without fading, and can be used as new for a long time. Reactive printing is also known as reactive dyeing. It contains reactive groups that can react with fiber molecules. During the dyeing process, the reactive groups of the reactive printing combine with the fiber molecules, forming a whole with the dye and the fiber.

Reactive printed fabrics have excellent dust resistance, high cleanliness, and do not fade after long-term washing. Reactive printing: printing formed by the penetration of reactive dyes into the fabric. Pigment printing: printing formed by covering the fabric with pigments. Comparing these two stages, the differences are significant!
Generally, reactive printing can ensure environmental protection and is harmless to humans, with good color and fabric hand feel, without a hard or soft sensation.
Selection of dyes:
Reactivity: medium; directness: medium-low. In addition, the dye's color fixation rate must also be considered: if the fixation rate is too low, the amount of dye will be large, which is not conducive to post-washing. Generally, domestic M-type and foreign P-type should be selected based on specific colors.
Steaming requirements: under saturated steam, 102 degrees for 8 minutes is sufficient. Depending on the customer's quality requirements, baking does not seem to be the best choice.
The post-washing process of reactive printing: after washing, it must be ensured that at least the first three water tanks are cold washes, and the washing is strong with the bottom drained; if the number of washing tanks is small, the cold washing time can be extended by increasing the ventilation rack to meet the requirement for sufficient swelling time of the paste, accelerating the shedding of excess dye; during soap washing, it is essential to choose non-alkaline additives, preferably chelating dispersants. Additionally, using some high-coloring compound pastes instead of seaweed is also a very effective method to reduce the amount of dye and the burden of washing water.
Spinning quality. Divided into spinning carding and combing. Combing is a specific classification of spinning machines, cleaning and sorting impurities. Generally, short fiber lengths are above 25 mm, with good luster, smooth fabric, high-end, long short fibers, and not easy to pill after wearing. Body density. High-count yarn fabrics are usually thinner than ordinary yarns. The fabric structure of printed cotton double-layer yarn. For the same limbs, the quality of the yarn is better than plain weave, although the price may differ.
Dye materials. Cheap fabrics first consider cost, so inferior dyes may be used, and there may be issues such as formaldehyde, pH value, color fastness, and exceeding limits of biodegradable aromatic amine carcinogens in the fabric. Dyeing methods. Dyeing is divided into coating printing and reactive printing. The imitation dyeing found online is still coating printing. Depending on different processes and prices, the quality and cost of reactive dyeing are higher than that of pigment printing. Of course, several factors determine the quality of the fabric, namely the production process. Specific technical details such as decoration, baking, stretching, and embossing all determine the cost.
