Compared to direct dyeing processes, no azo and formaldehyde are added during the dyeing process, and there are no harmful substances to the human body, with water washing not causing color fading.
The difference between reactive dyeing and coating dyeing lies in the soft hand feel of reactive dyeing. Generally, fabrics dyed with reactive dyes look like mercerized cotton, with good printing effects on both sides. Painted printed fabrics have a hard feel and resemble ink wash paintings.

1. Dye selection:
a. Reactivity: around medium; b. Directness: medium to low. Additionally, the dye's fixation rate: if the fixation rate is too low, the dye usage will be too high, which is not conducive to post-washing. Generally, domestic M-type and foreign P-type should be selected based on specific colors.
2. Steam requirements 3360
Saturated steam at 102 degrees for 8 minutes is sufficient. Depending on the customer's quality requirements, baking does not seem to be a good choice.
3. Post-cleaning process:
a. After washing, at least the first three water tanks should undergo cold washing, ensuring the floor is rinsed and drained. b. If the number of tanks is small, the cold washing time can be extended by increasing the ventilation frame to ensure sufficient expansion time to meet the needs of the paste, accelerating the removal of unnecessary dyes. c. When washing with soap, non-alkaline additives should be used, and a chelating dispersant should be selected.
Additionally, appropriately using high-color composite dough instead of seaweed to reduce dye usage and lighten the cleaning burden is also a very effective method.
